All installations are carried out and supervised by an EWRB Registered Electrical Engineer. Every installation is tested, commissioned, and certified before handover.

Every installation begins with a site assessment. Heat pump capacity is determined from the property's floor area, ceiling height, insulation, glazing, orientation, ventilation, room use, and calculated heat load. Each system is selected to suit the property's heating and cooling requirements.

All prices include GST.

Installed prices include a standard back-to-back installation with up to 3 metres of insulated copper pipework. Additional pipework, dedicated electrical circuits, condensate pumps, mounting brackets, and other non-standard installation requirements are assessed and quoted before work begins.

Most installations are scheduled and completed within two to three weeks of booking. Earlier appointments may be available if cancellations occur.
