Licensing
We provide end-to-end licensing services for our clients. If you're thinking to become an Electrical Workers Registration Board (EWRB) Registered Electrician, Electrical Engineer, or Electrical Inspector, we assess your circumstances, work experience, and your qualification against EWRB requirements. We then identify the most appropriate pathway and advise what may be required to demonstrate that you meet the relevant qualification, experience, competence and fit and proper person requirements before preparing and presenting your application to the EWRB.
If you're already registered in New Zealand as an Electrician, Electrical Engineer or Electrical Inspector, and planning to move to Australia, we identify the appropriate Australian licensing pathway, prepare the required evidence, complete the application and manage the process through to the outcome under the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997 (TTMRA).
We provide two types of licensing services:
- Electrical Registration and Licensing: End-to-end applications for EWRB registration in New Zealand and Australian recognition or licensing under the TTMRA, for Electricians, Electrical Engineers and Electrical Inspectors.
- Trans-Tasman Legal Admission: End-to-end applications for New Zealand-admitted lawyers seeking admission in Australia under TTMRA.
