New Home Electrical Inspections and High-Risk PEW

Independent electrical inspections for new homes and high-risk prescribed electrical work, including:

  • New mains
  • MEN switchboards
  • Main earthing systems
  • Switchboard upgrades and relocations
  • Other high-risk electrical work.

Following a satisfactory inspection, a Record of Inspection (ROI) will be issued and the inspection result recorded on the WorkSafe high-risk database. You will also receive a copy of the ROI for your records.

Caravan, Campervan and Motorhome Electrical WOF (EWOF) Inspections

Warrant of Electrical Fitness (WoEF) inspections for:

  • Caravans
  • Campervans
  • Motorhomes
  • Mobile food units
  • Other connectable vehicles and buildings

A Warrant of Electrical Fitness (WoEF) is valid for four years and is issued following satisfactory electrical inspection and testing.

Boat Electrical WOF (EWOF) and WoEF Inspections

Warrant of Electrical Fitness (WoEF) inspections for:

  • Recreational boats
  • Yachts
  • Launches
  • Other recreational vessels with connectable electrical installations

A Warrant of Electrical Fitness (WoEF) is valid for four years and is issued following satisfactory electrical inspection and testing of the boat installation.
